Tunji was a brilliant server, worked very quickly and helped us beat our bottomless brunch record! Impeccable service and will be back very soon!

Arrived at 5:50 this evening 15/12, wasn't asked what we wanted to drink before ordering until 6:30. Approached Senior Waitress, totally disinterested. Food was fine, Lager (Red Stripe) was flat. Will never return.

Funny for all the wrong reasons. the pre booked table had been given to another party so we waited for an hour, once we were seated, the service was unbelievably slow, a table full of thirsty and hungry blokes resorted to getting our own drinks and having a take away delivered to our table.

Big Party Celebration at Turtle Bay. The most amazing service by a truly brilliant waitress. All the party were well cared for with regular drinks and great service. One of our party was diabetic and the.waitress made sure his food game first, what superb care and service. Thank you to the team at Turtle Bay Guildford for a lovely time .

Service was great, food fine, drinks fine, but the music was so incredibly loud that whilst I heard every single word of every song, I could only hear one word in four that was being shouted at me from two feet away. Four of our group separately asked if the music could be turned down. Refused every time. Utterly ruined the evening. Never going back.

We really enjoy our local Turtle Bay and this visit had all the atmosphere we enjoy. We had to ask for the set menu that was advertised for £24.95 and it had what I wanted. A cocktail, chicken wings (very small) were very tasty and curried goat. Saltfish fritters and the BBQ ribs fell off the bone. My only negative was the ladies toilets. Three were blocked and dirty and two had no working lock. The music and vibe plus a few things on the menu made the visit worth it.

Terrible service. None of the staff smiled or made any effort to even pretend to care, and it made sense after meeting the manager. The manager (I guess is male, but with long brown hair, a dress, lots of make up) was constantly rolling his eyes, pulling faces (as if asking to pay your bill is too much trouble), and was rude at every opportunity. That explains why the rest of the staff there have no care about customer service. This company should fire him and get a good leader for their staff. This guy will do nothing except lose you more business rapidly. Food was also bad.

Bottomless brunch absolute waste of money as definitely not bottomless more incredibly limiting. You are given 2 hours and waste the first 30 minutes waiting for your first drink. As we were a large table of 10 we were advised that if we all ordered the same drink it would make it quicker (more likely easier for them). Service was incredibly slow as understaffed. When we decided that we would not like to pay the ‘optional’ service charge we there then repeatedly questioned by the manager as to why and it was strongly suggested that this would directly come out of the wages of our waitress and also go against her personally. It felt as thought they were trying to guilt us into paying the serv...

So myself and my boyfriend visited your Guildford branch for bottomless brunch on the 12/09/23 and I must say the service was absolutely appalling our booking was at 17:00 where we were seated on time however we didn’t get asked about wanting our first drink until about 15 minutes into our 2 hour time slot and then still did not receive our cocktails for another 15 minutes so wasting 30 minutes of our time we had only been given 1 cocktail! There was only between 8-10 tables that had people seated at in the restaurant in the time we were there; we also had to go up to the bar and grab our own drinks because we could see them sitting there and had been for around 5 minutes whilst the servers...
