Going food is usually difficult, but spontaneously and well found: love and sympathetic conditions and the food was at the table after ordering within 10 min. In food you have to work something, but it is fast what was important for us, especially with the little one: and it tasted anyway.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich geschäftlich in Osnabrück zu tuen habe, besuche ich mit meiner Frau das Treibhaus in der Johannisstr.; diese gemütliche Kneipe mit der familiären Note kenne ich schon seit 35 Jahren. Hier esse und trinke ich gerne und lade dazu meine Geschäftsfreunde ein. Am liebsten esse ich dort die Grünkohlgerichte. Am Wochenende habe ich die italienische Gerichte ausprobiert. Alles bestens, mit einer freundlichen Bedienung. Beim nächsten Besuch sind wir wieder da.

Nach einem sehr heißen Tag im Juni kehrten wir dort nach einer Stadtbesichtigung zum frühen Abendessen ein. Wir saßen draußen, was ganz schön war. Der Service war schnell und freundlich. Leider habe ich mir das Falsche bestellt: Holländischen Matjes, der mit Flosse auf dem Teller serviert wurde und mir garnicht geschmeckt hat. Eigentlich hatte ich grätenfreies Matjes-Filet gemeint. War aber meine Schuld. Die ausserdem bestellte Zwiebelsuppe war leider auch sehr durchschnittlich. Der Bedienung, die sich erkundigte, ob alles in Ordnung sei, waren unsere Einwände ziemlich egal.
