"Ristorante situato all’interno di un’antica Villa , immersa nel tipico scenario toscano . La location è elegante , lo staff molto preparato , appassionato e cordiale . Ottima selezione di vini e di acque. La degustazione è partita con delle entree offerte da loro , tra cui , oltre ad una vasta offerta di pane fatto da loro , un prosciutto crudo di loro produzione tagliato al coltello buonissimo , burro aromatizzato al tartufo , olio di loro produzione e altro che ci ha avvolti tra sapori unici ed indescrivibili . La cena è stata fantastica e abbondante nonostante la tipologia di ristorante , la cuoca trasmette l’amore per la cucina nei suoi piatti originali e gustosi ! Vi lasciamo solo alcune foto di tutto ciò che abbiamo assaporato tra cui troverete del foie gras proposto in varie consistenze , un risotto speciale al piccione e un medaglione di chianina arricchito da altri ingredienti che dire se volete scoprire questo piccolo tesoro andateci ! Non vi deluderà affatto !!"

"The venue and ambience were simply spectacular. We have a complete history of the property that really added to all the experience. And the staff was all amazingly friendly and spoke English very well. We were really taken care of. I fought for the evaluation of food. It was pretty good, but for our tastes it was only a little lack of spices/salt. Of course this is all very subjective and others can find It was perfectly seasoned. But the quality of the food was very good. I would definitely return and highly recommend."

"We also stayed in this property for several nights, a really nice and clean place, impeccably maintained by the owner. Owner who has a nice character but is super professional in her job. The restaurant was an excellent surprise, the food is divine and the raw materials used are truly of high quality, and the prices of the dishes are fair, the dessert is fantastic. Abundant and excellent breakfast, there is everything from savory to sweet. I also recommended the restaurant to friends who were in Sarteano and they were pleasantly satisfied. I will definitely come back."

"A reference point of the area for those who follow a vegetarian and vegan diet. In the surroundings it is practically impossible to find restaurants with vegan proposals; Fortunately, there are them with excellent proposals in taste, original and quality. "I have reviewed this wonderful place before, and it is still our favorite. Great location, just across the road from the access to A1 autostrada and a shopping mall; large parking area off the road and in front. I should mention that it is also a hotel, so it is perfect for travelers! Fascinating decor throughout of vintage items, including cars. The service is friendly, personal and attentive, with the proprietors, Cristina and Giorgio, greeting you. Excellent wines available. Menu delightfully varied, superbly prepared and presented. This visit, two of us had the bisteca fiorentino and two the pappardelle with wild boar sauce, following a great antipasto board. Desserts are simply magnificent. We usually come here weekly for lunch, but this visit was a birthday and was made extra special by the great staff. Highly recommend for both regular visits and special occasions!"
