I ate the delicious veal tongue to begin with. My primi was the spaghetti Gragnano with sea urchin, and it is one of the most incredible things I have tasted. The hospitality and kind service by Chiara and her colleague is world class. They recommended a buttery Chardonnay that paired perfectly with the spaghetti; they were helpful and patient with recommendations, and really took their time with me. Chiara, the restaurant manager, knows her stuff... extremely well-prepared from all points of view, she gives you a smile and it's immediately magic... between unparalleled flavours, compliments to the amazing Chef, and elegant vibes, we dined in total tranquility and serenity that only a high quality restaurant can give!
