"A quaint Italian restaurant located on the top of a hill overlooking Vicenza, right next to a historic church, Trattoria Al Cavallino is great place to taste authentic northern Italian cuisine, wine, and atmosphere. My colleague and I arrived to an empty restaurant at about 2030 (8:30pm) and was warmly invited and quickly seated. Despite our lack of any Italian, our server and proprietor were able to make great recommendations in wine and cuisine. Appetizers, main entrée were outstanding pasta, seafood. I do not remember what I had for dinner, but do remember they were all outstanding and cooked to perfection. The atmosphere was classy, the décor awesome what you would expect from an Italian restaurant. Cost? Relatively affordable, actually cheaper than what you would expect to pay if back in the states. As we were getting ready to leave at about 2200 (10pm), more people were in the restaurant enjoying the cuisine. For a great Italian cuisine, definitely visit."

Siamo arrivati lì di passaggio..il parcheggio ben strutturato il personale simpatico e gentile,cibo ottimo e presentato molto bene e per finire il conto una sorpresa...grazie di tutto alla prossima continuate così

Nonostante l'appellativo di trattoria poco ha a che vedere questo locale con la cucina casalinga da camionisti in trattoria Sia per quanto riguarda la qualità del cibo, sia per il prezzo, a mio parere piuttosto alto per la qualità e quantità proposta. Segnalo l'ottima qualità del servizio, dei vini in carta e della carne grigliata, ma non posso non far notare che gli spaghetti che mi sono stati serviti, pur conditi con un buon sugo, erano esageratamente scotti, cosa che mi ha fatto pensare fossero stati cotti in precedenza, e poi semplicemente fatti saltare nuovamente. Ho mangiato in molti ristoranti e con molti prezzi, ma mangiare la pasta scotta in un locale da 100 euro a persona, ritengo...
