already from the name of the room you can understand the creativity of the dishes proposed, but it is impossible to appreciate the harmony of contrasts and balances without degoting them. I consider a culinary experience to try all lovers of fusion cuisine who want something concrete new.

I heard a lot about this restaurant, curious to have taken advantage of a work lunch to try it. Surely there are offers different from the usual, including the reel not so common in the standard menus'. intimidated by the prices not really cheap, I took a plate of uramaki and a themeki (that I forgot to photograph decidedly good, excellent fried, nothing to say. I'm certainly not one of the cheapest in town. I know there was a lunch menu in the past, I would have liked to try.

Best sushi ever eaten in my life. definitely the best Japanese restaurant in the city, without taking away from the others, but it is another level. Finally nigiri with more fish than rice. top quality products, different dishes from the usual, more sought after. fusions of unthinkable flavors, however, leave absolutely satisfied. for the quality of the products offered for me the prices are more than honest. the only one sins perhaps the staff not just up to the height, despite the evidence that the preparation and attentions are clearly superior to many other restaurants, sometimes you notice lack of professionalism. but it is a detail that goes totally unnoticed.
