"really epic eating! seriously good, serious eating. in no case pub food. The only place I eat is the gurnards head. I am now in tolcarne twice, this juni (2015) and november 2014. when I sleep, I dream of the surf and razor bowl here in november. bratbeef with baked cod on maische. I've never smiled so much when I'm handed over with food when I die and drive into the sky, they'll serve. to serve so great food created with such a craft and joy in such a relaxed environment is a real privilege. thanks. fabulous and recommended."

We arrived at short notice and were found a table, although they were fully booked. The food is excellent, fresh and very well presented. Good atmosphere and friendly staff. Would highly recommend.

fantastic eating and welcome! probably the best fish I ever had in a restaurant. amazing sea trout cured in vanilla, quite special cadjau risotto for pornstar, and cardoman parfait to finish. will go again.

we booked a table yesterday for four at 12.30 a.m. eating was fantastic as usual. I had john dory to start, porched meat for pornstars and an incredible dessert of porched pfirsich with cardamon komport and a lovely tocuit . yum yum. we recommend x

Food was of great quality and reasonably priced considering the high standard of the produce. Everything tasted so fresh and very well cooked. Staff were fantastic, very friendly and helpful- even accommodating our dog, unusual for a pub/restaurant serving over and above the usual pub grub. Massive congratulations to all involved in the Tolcarne Inn.
