"I had a bee in my bonnet because I wanted a perfect curry for a month or two, and everywhere it was not right. that didn't happen here, everything was perfect. the 12,95 pound buffet is therefore every main thing (without garnishing in it, any starter, rice or nan and one side. I had a nan as my side so reis nan. the agri chicken as main, wow, what kind of court? like a really good jalfrezi served sizzling, with just the right amount of zing (they perceive the perfect amount of zing can vary! Although it was a deal, the menu became lower than most, they are decent worth on a non-buffet night. large bottles of cobra (at the time of writing were £4.60, I was charged much more than elsewhere in the past! So I found a new favorite Indian restaurant. it's just a shame that the smokers between downham and march are so smiling! when they travel the bar across the hotel is also really nice."

Popped in on Sunday late afternoon for a fantastic meal. Everything was cooked fresh and was delicious. Customer service was exceptional, friendly and attentive. Price was very reasonable especially for the size and choices on the menu.

We have eaten both in the restaurant and had takeaways for several years and it just keeps getting better and better. A really varied menu, including imaginative chefs’ specials and the freshest ingredients. Certainly the best Indian cuisine for miles around!

I ordered a passanda and the sauce was just pureed lentils of which does not go in this dish and tasted like over cooked chicken stew..our other meal was sashlik again tasted awful so both dishes, rice and nan breads went straight in the bin.....waste of money

My mum is local always recommended this restaurant. This was our second meal here I will definitely eat here again. Friendly staff, good food, large choice and very reasonably priced. The outside inside decor is a bit dated, but is clean and...the food staff are what makes it.

Honest, decent Indian grub. Great staff. Good atmosphere. Very reasonably priced. I had the mushroom balti which was really tasty. Sometimes vegetarian curries at Indian restaurants can be disappointing and feel they haven’t been marinated as long, but this curry was really tasty. Complimentary baileys...and After 8 is nice touch,

we have made a call to reserve a table for 6.30 and were disappointed that they were fully booked! When they opened at 5.30 a.m., we decided to take a chance and see if we were able to fit us....We were not disappointed. every Wednesday there was a special night! we ordered popadoms that arrived very fast. then ordered starter and head. I went for wobble, followed by lamm jalfrezi. it was delicious! sally also enjoyed their meal. personal, although busy were very friendly. highly recommended.

"My wife and I stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday. We chose Titchwell Manor due to its location on the A149. From here we can catch the Coasthopper up or down the coast. The bus stops are 100 metres outside the hotel. We were greeted in the car park and shown to our room behind the hotel. We had Basil number 21. It is a large comfortable room, with walk in shower and the fluffiest towels we have ever had. The room was very well heated and the bed was very comfy. Breakfast was served from a civilised 8am. The plate of fresh fruit was really good. If you choose to have you eggs poached they will be the most perfect you will ever have with their lovely orange yokes. The rest of the components were equally good and served with leaf tea or great coffee. The bars each had a lovely roaring log fire, where we enjoyed a drink before our meal. The menu choices we made were ham hock, brioche piccalilli and burnt apple purée followed by venison, Jerusalem artichoke and rainbow kale. The other choice was marinated beetroot, basil pesto and goats cheese cream followed by salt baked celeriac, sage and onion with crispy kale. Both meals were outstanding. The venison was very tender and the celeriac was outstanding. On the basis of this dish, a very under stated vegetable. Service was very good and served at a speed we dictated without the continual pestering we have experienced elsewhere. We will definitely come back here as the whole stay was a great experience."
