"We had a disappointing experience at the restaurant on my wife's birthday. Although we asked for white bread, we were given brown instead. We also specifically requested no peas, but they still appeared on our plates. When we asked for more drinks, the waitress vanished and never returned. Our daughter asked for ketchup, which never arrived. The waitress dropped my knife and promised to bring a new one, but that never happened either. In the end, we decided to forego dessert and gave up on trying to get another drink. While the food was acceptable, the service was appalling. It's a shame, as it's just down the road from where we live."

In our opinion, the chef deserves a raise, while the waitstaff could benefit from a new manager. A little more improvement in service would transform this into a fantastic restaurant.

Our waiter, Jack T, was outstanding! The service he provided was excellent, and he was such a delightful person to interact with. It was a significant improvement compared to the service we've received on previous visits. Great job, Jack, and thank you!

They forgot the toast and we had to ask for it, when it arrived after eating my breakfast it was only cooked on side and just one tiny square of butter for a whole slice. I had asked for whole meal bread and got white. The also forgot the marmalade. No tip left. Voir le carte

Visited this morning for breakfast ready for a walk on the moor. Covid secure. I would highly recommend the food. Staff prepared to cater for my sons dietary needs and were prepared to offer extra sausage bacon in place of things he can’t eat. Good value for money.

I had a wonderful dining experience with excellent food at great prices. The staff was extremely helpful and provided outstanding service in a very clean environment. I visited again for a birthday dinner, and once again, the food and service were amazing. I highly recommend trying this place!
