My grandson gave 5 out of 5 for food and atmosphere. Thank you to a particular member of staff for your kindness to my grandson

Just had a lunch at the Whitehills, the food was glorious!!! Excellent service, value for money too, I would highly recommend this place for friendly service, great atmosphere, perfect for all!!

Had a lovely meal with my husband and a friend. Our waitress Emily went out of her way to make sure everything was OK for us. Always had a smile on her face and never complained when I questioned a few things. Voir le carte

Parents had BEEF burgers, they both said it had a smell and taste of fish. They were offered a new burger but no refund. They declined.....shame as this is the first time they have had a problem in there after many years

Been to whitehills 3 times since reopened and every time we have consistently had lovely food. The food is very well priced with fresh ingredients, a varied menue , staff are lovely, professional and welcoming. This a typical community pub with classic food . So glad we got this back xx

A true Pub in every sense of the word not one of these fake establishments which serve mass produced food. The food was AMAZING Good value, great portion size and excellent service. Good range of drinks available and a nice atmosphere. Beautiful hand cut chips, fresh burgers, and the lasagne was stunning! The Chicken 'porky ' parmo was also massive and tasty. Voir le carte

I’ve been in this pub a couple of times and had a lunch or a dinner since being taken over they have introduced sandwiches too so I decided to try a sandwich. Helen member of staff recommended the hot beef and gravy sandwich I also chose hand cut chips with it It was absolutely tasty and great value for money. They have a good range of alcohol free drinks but I stuck with Pepsi as I was driving Both members of staff were busy but nothing was too much trouble Another great visit to this lovely pub

It’s a nice pub with loads of potential the staff are second to none Very helpful and pleasant I popped in for lunch I opted for the 8oz sirloin steak with hand cut chips onion rings and mushrooms £17.95p which is the going rate really the steak was cooked the way I like it. Medium well the hand cut chips were lovely and made me think of my mams chips when I was a kid. As I was driving I couldn’t really drink so I had a inch’s cider good range of ciders they look like they have a good range of lagers they also do coffee and latte and alcohol free lagers Totally enjoyed my lunch hope to visit again

Had a sunday lunch recently with the family at this ph and it was very nice.We booked a table and ordered drinks at the bar when we arrived cruzcampo on draught always a plus.We looked at the lunch menu and ordered four adult and one child sunday lunch at the bar.The food came after about 20 mins and looked lovely.The sunday lunch consisted of roast and mashed potatoes,mashed turnip,stuffing,meat and roasted parsnips.The veg which came in seperate bowls were broccoli,carrots and cabbage with two jugs of gravy.Friendly service,nice food and cold cruzcampo made for an enjoyable lunch.There is plenty of car parking available and there is a bar as well as a restaurant/lounge area with sky sports...
