"I was taken here for Sunday carvery recently. And I have to say it was the most homely looking made food I’ve seen on a carvery for a long time. The meat was cooked to perfection and the sides especially the cauliflower cheese was delicious!! The pub itself was welcoming with a interior worthy of spending a few hours to relax and unwind in. Staff were attentive and friendly, including the regulars and their dogs.. ???? All in all a great place to visit I will be going back."

This is an outstanding local pub that is very dog-friendly and serves superb Pflüger.

We stumbled upon The White Horse by chance and were pleasantly surprised. The friendly staff quickly accommodated our party of four outside. Everyone enjoyed their meals, and the fish and chips were among the best I’ve ever had.

a beautiful place to stay. great. fantastic breakfast with good quality speck and sausages. claire was very helpful to organize taxis for us before we arrived. It's a pity that we were there for so short time. would recommend a stay here.
