Great food all seemed to be freshly made to order. The portions were very generous as well as being delicious, so we all left full and happy! What a disappointment Friends stopped at the Wheatsheath in their camper van. No issue there other than my wife and I met them, both coming from work in our cars. My wife was not drinking, I was. We spent some time after last orders with them in their van only to find the car park exit blocked by a car. Clearly placed on an angle to prevent access egress We’d spent rather a lot in the bar and had a 30 min walk home. My wife understandably disgruntled as being sober. I’m not sure, tomorrow, when I have to walk back whether the car will be gone, or not and whether I’ll get to work on time!
