Lovely old pub with original features and Lovely meal. Staff very friendly

kerry and vicki provided brilliant service. eating was good and hot at a reasonable price. we had a very nice lunch.

It may be positioned on a busy main road opposite a supermarket, don’t let that put you off its country charm. Inside it’s all low beam historical country pub comfort. Food and hospitality is warm, hearty and will bring a smile to your face. The dishes are good unadulterated traditional English affairs. Excellent quality for the price, and the price is superb.

visit the forest hall on a quiet Monday evening when most other local pubs were closed. what a fabulous place, the building is exceptionally architectural and both warm and welcoming. not busy, but still a beautiful atmosphere and personal very welcoming. good menu with a lot of choice and our order delivered quickly, well presented and especially delicious. we asked to look up and no problem for them, the full glory of this old hall house can be admired in its magnificentness. definately will come back and would highly recommend. royston

another great time in the wealden hall, took on a quiz of hope hosted and supported macmillan. great evening, great beer, eating and service in comfortable environment. more than 50 participants participated in teams from 4 to 6, so much competition. tracey and her whole team worked hard, keeping the brain cells nourished and hydrated, yet my team “No eye Deer”, as predicted, was able to end last. the winning team “better than 311” received an excellent score and won a nice price, see photo showing 4 of the 6 winning team. the other 2 we make a victor outside on the terrace, but I am not bitter, honestly again many thanks to hope and the entire staff in wealden for another great night, quiz...
