Amazing as soon as we walked through the door, mazza was so welcoming and friendly. The whole team were fantastic throughout and my compliments to the chef the food was brilliant. Will definitely be coming back in the near future 10 out of 10 :

Went for a meal with my daughter tonight we were both treated with respect excellent customer service from our waiter Jay. I have a special dietary need, Gluten Intolerance and Jay went the extra mile to assure me that the dishes I chose were Gluten free. He even said that I could have had a Gluten free Naan if i had given them 24hr notice! That's definitely a win for me as not many restaurants can offer that. So pleased with our meal, it was exceptional with plenty of choice.

Absolutely horrific dining experience!!!!! Food was stale but that’s not all We used to love it here but it’s really gone downhill the management (owner) are so rude and do not know good customer service if it hit them in the face!!!!! Why would anybody pay to come here for a fine dining experience no matter how good food is good customer service always wins!!! I recently hosted my second event at The Viceroy this year yesterday. There were 29 current and former coworkers in attendance on this occasion, and around 20 back in September. Both events were incredibly successful, with exceptionally positive feedback received. I left the timing of poppadoms, starter, and main course in the hands of the staff, and I am pleased to say that the evening was flawlessly executed. The food was delicious, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend The Viceroy and am excited to return again in the future.

Hello, I recently tried a dish at a restaurant. I usually dine at this place frequently, and the meals are typically alright, though not as good as when dining in. However, the meal I had tonight was absolutely unacceptable. It was overly sweet to the point of being inedible. I have not contacted the restaurant about this issue, but I will not be returning to eat there again. The prices are not cheap, so it's disappointing to receive a meal that is not up to standard. I apologize for leaving a negative review, but the quality of the food is important.

We ordered takeout for New Year's Eve, which also happened to be my husband's 65th birthday. I must say that we have had many delicious takeout meals from this restaurant throughout the past year. However, unfortunately, this time was a huge disappointment. The onion bhajis were decent, but not as tasty as usual. The mushroom rice was okay, but the chicken tikka korma was absolutely inedible. The sauce was watery and tasted only of milk, with chicken that did not seem to be tikka. The lamb madras was also inedible, with very fatty meat and an overpowering cumin flavor in the sauce.
