Fantastic food, water on the tables, linen table clothes. Friendly helpful staff, even gave our 3 labs a treat. Beautiful environment. Food was also astounding

We ordered the fish and chips, two steaks (one medium, one medium rare cooked perfectly), and the calves liver. We enjoyed them with a bottle of Pinot Grigio and some pints of real ale.

We booked last minute for a meal with friends,we have not been for a few years,I was very impressed it was one of the best steaks I have had in a long while cooked will be going back soon

Found this lovely Inn just off the A63 just west of Hull near Brough. It was a warm sunny evening we sat outside in the sun. The menu has a good choice of meals several cask ales. The food was good quality presented well, above usual pub food standard. Highly recommended if you are in the area. Voir le carte

We went on a Sunday afternoon and it was quite busy but not so busy it was uncomfortable. The service was good and very quick considering all the people there. The food was beautiful, the fillet steak I got was cooked to perfection and is good value for money. The only thing I can find wrong is that the beer and prosecco was expensive.

We were well taken care of at this restaurant, with a large table for our group. The starters, like the scallops with black pudding and apple puree, were delicious. The fillet steak was outstanding and one of the best I've ever had. Our servers took great care of us throughout the night, delivering our food and drinks promptly and with a friendly attitude. Overall, a fantastic dining experience.

The food at this restaurant was flawless. Our Sunday lunch was delicious and beautifully presented, enjoyed by everyone at the table. However, the experience was marred by extremely slow service. It took 20 minutes before our drinks order was taken, and we had been in the restaurant for over an hour before any food arrived. It's a shame because the decor and atmosphere are fantastic, and the food is excellent. The slow and inattentive service was the only downside. Voir le carte
