"We had planned to have a family meal to celebrate a birthday, but despite the restaurant stating that they did not allow children under 14, we were turned away because they had a policy of no children at all. It was a disappointing waste of time as our family had traveled for hours to get there and we were unable to book a table elsewhere at such short notice. Popped in for a spot of lunch and sat outside in the garden in the glorious sunshine enjoying the spectacular views across the cricket pitch and farmland. Booked here for lunch for the first time today with parents. Great service, great food. Great variety on menu and cooked to perfection. All 3 of us agreed its the best food we have had.
