"Was at the Hartsfield for an afternoon tea with a friend.The hotel itself is lovely and the grounds are very well kept.We were lucky that the weather was very warm and was able to sit outside. I was very disappointed with the afternoon tea.The cakes and scones were tiny and of not great quality, and more like a children’s portion, the coffee was cold.I had asked for the second round of coffee to be hot but still came out cold.Overall I didn’t think the tea was good value.I have been to other hotels for the same price and quality was much better."

Took my Dad here for a Fathers Day lunch. The staff were friendly and attentive without being intrusive. That with delicious food and wine, meant we had a lovely time.

I have given it 4 stars as the service was a little slow and there was confusion about the dietary request that I had made for my companion despite the fact that I had rung the previous day to ensure that the dietary requirements had been noted and it was confirmed that they had The food when it did come was very good and staff were polite and the overall ambience was lovely

We had a lovely afternoon tea at Hartsfield Manor. The staff were warm and welcoming, professional but friendly. Our only complaint was that once we were seated and our tea and food had been brought to us we were forgotten about. I had to leave the table to find a member of staff to ask for our fizz to be brought over, and at no point did anyone check in or offer us more tea or coffee. This was a shame as the rest of the visit: food, ambience, venue and even catering for a gluten free dietary need was all exceptional.
