"No record of booking on turning up, therefore no allergy on record. Staff inattentive and largely absent. We were shoved in a corner next to a wall. Forgot my half of the drink order; I asked for coffee and they brought out a cafetiere with just water in it. Food came out well into booking time, items removed (not substituted) because of my allergy even though I flagged it on my booking. Toni was great in checking in after and boxed up what we felt we couldn't eat because we had run out of time. Wasn't sure what to expect price wise because it's not clear on the website but have had much better teas for that cost. It's a shame because we hadn't been before. Is the missed booking because you take from multiple booking sources? A bit disappointing, we probably won't do it again."

"The coffee at this lovely restaurant is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly, going above and beyond to ensure guests feel comfortable. The tables are promptly cleaned between guests, and menus are provided as soon as we are seated. The outdoor seating offers a perfect view of the sunset on a beautiful day. While I did not eat during my visit, the food coming out of the kitchen looked delicious. I look forward to returning in the future."

"Excellent little restaurant in the heart of Lytham with parking easy enough to find very close by. The food was amazing one of the very best meals I've ever had. Main menu choice was excellent as well as a selection of several specials. Service from the staff was superb, who were extremely attentive. Not anyones fault, but our table was next to the door and it was a cold night so kept getting a cold draught whenever it opened which was pretty regularly as there is also seating outside. Staff immediately close the door behind them, but some customers failed to. Will definitely return recommend. Brilliant."

"The Zen has always been one of our favourite restaurants we have been going for a few years. We have recommended this restraunt to lots of friends and family absolutely loved it. We went 3 weeks ago and wow what a disappointment, we always have the banquet we compared the pictures tp our last visit, the soup was half full and watery, the starter platter the chicken has shrunk, the mains the prawns are not as big as they used to be and the rice used to come with nuts raisins etc and this time it came plain in a small bowl. We left still hungry. I understand everything has risen in price but maybe put your price up rather than reduce the quality. I asked the waitress and she said we should of told them what rice we wanted...why would we when it's always been the same. Honestly we was not impressed and will not be returning, very disappointed. "Unexpected delight. Top class Indian Restaurant. Have spent all weekend looking for a satisfactory Curry House in Blackpool. Stumbled upon Imli whilst checking out St Anne's. Sleek, modern, clean and tidy. Service from Kam was impeccable. The Mushroom Phall was joyous. Finally got some chilli on my lips . Highly recommended ️ Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner"
