we came to the 21st birthday dinner and found everything and all outstanding! beautiful environment and the staff are so friendly. we have booked so much for more birthdays!

Even though we made a reservation in January, we were seated in a different, separate section from the main dining area. The lighting in this area was bright rather than dimmed, and none of the other tables were set for dinner. We were disappointed with the experience.

No record of booking on turning up, therefore no allergy on record. Staff inattentive and largely absent. We were shoved in a corner next to a wall. Forgot my half of the drink order; I asked for coffee and they brought out a cafetiere with just water in it. Food came out well into booking time, items removed (not substituted) because of my allergy even though I flagged it on my booking. Toni was great in checking in after and boxed up what we felt we couldn't eat because we had run out of time. Wasn't sure what to expect price wise because it's not clear on the website but have had much better teas for that cost. It's a shame because we hadn't been before.
