Food is consistently good quality, deliveries are either on time or early and customer service is fantastic. My friends and family have been using it for years and have never had a bad thing to say about it either. Service: Delivery Price per person: £10–20

Was horrible, not only was it late it was cold and I had to reheat it in the microwave and also the chicken was chewy and it looks like it has been taken off last nights skewers! Never ordering again waste of £17 Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: £10–20

I would not recommend this restaurant. When I received my food, I was surprised to find it was cold. While it had flavor, the temperature really spoiled my meal. Additionally, when I arrived, the atmosphere felt uninviting, and one of the staff members made a rude comment about my being five minutes late due to heavy traffic. I won't be returning! Some of the best customer service from a takeaway I've ever experienced. When there was a problem that days manager phoned to apologise and explained why it happened before I could phone and complain. That was the one time we didn't get a Five Star meal, every other time the food has been great on time or early. One takeaway that real knows how to take care of it's customers. Vegetarian options: A vegetarian option is available along with more Traditional vegetable side dishes, We've tried them and they were well received. They also offer four meat free sauces, hot, 2 medium and a mild, which will work with anyone prepare plant based product. Parking: There is a public car park 3 doors down...

I would usually give them A4 star review because my food has always been good here. Unfortunately I ordered through just eat. Shortly after ordering I added an item. Without bothering to use common sense the restaurant made the entire order again so I rec'd 2 and charged me for them.I told them the mistake they said tell just eat, surprisingly those idiots didn't want to know as two meals were delivered. Despite the fact I returned one untouched. The tandoori Parlour also said they wouldn't refund even though one of their staff did say he wondered why it ordered two identical meals. Common sense isn't so common anymore unfortunately. As a result I will never use just eat or tandoori Parlour...

I had my first takeaway from Tandoori Parlour last night and I'm glad I opted for pickup since the delivery staff seemed quite overwhelmed. The employees were very friendly and apologized for my food not being ready when I arrived, but I only had to wait about 5-10 minutes, which was not an issue at all. After having bad experiences with two other local Indian restaurants (Massala Newington and Curry Queen Sittingbourne—definitely avoid), I was pleased to find that the food was hot, well-cooked, not greasy, and packed with lovely flavors.
