The food here is wonderfully homemade and the ambiance is delightful. We had a fantastic lunch for Mother’s Day, complete with excellent service and daffodils for all the moms! The prices are very reasonable as well.

stop them on the way back from winchester. warm reception, good menu, nice table at the log fire. ordered her home made chicken curry, and a mac n cheese, absolutely delicious! what more could you need on the afternoon of winter. I'm back in a definitiw.

As for vegetarian options, my brother tried the nut roast and mentioned it was excellent. The price per person ranged from £20 to £30.
