Called in to pick someone up and had a cod strip sandwich plenty on the plate really enjoyed with a cuppa. Been today really enjoyed the day's pie chips mushy peas and gravy, first class. It’s unacceptable to see dogs lying on refurbished seats. I have a dog myself, but she eats from her own dishes. If someone put a plate on the floor for her to eat from, I would be appalled. Then, the head chef? came out and insisted that it was completely fine for the dog to eat from the plate. For those of us who value hygiene and decorum, this is a huge red flag—I will never return to this place. No senior management addressed the issue, but somehow I was made to feel like the villain in this scenario. Apparently, I made the staff cry, and when another customer tried to voice their opinion, the manager simply walked away. Talk about professionalism! It’s clear that I will not be returnin...
