Lovely warm pub atmosphere , great food at super prices ! Wide choice and variety of meals . The fact the pub was full with both locals and restaurant goers is testament to the grub and ambience .

for Sunday lunch today it was just perfect as always I as busy as the staff in the royal oak as they are they are to have a chat it is so friendly . great personal great eating I would recommend this pub for all my friends

my wife l visited the royal oak on Sunday we both chose a bark on Sunday evening dinner, which was very nice. the service was good, it was also excellent worth. we finished a nice friendly atmosphere in the beer garden with beautiful weather. would recommend it definately again.

We popped in for some tea and a drink last night and I had to leave a review as we really enjoyed our visit. We were made to feel very welcome (especially Amber our German Shepherd! and the food was fantastic. We can't wait to come back and try the famous Sunday dinner! From Amber and the two people who brought her!
