Went for a meal with my pal on thursday and had the loveliest server called Nick. 11/10 service would go back :

Came with my family for a meal the week following Christmas, could not fault it in any way! The service from the minute we walked in was amazing! We had fillet steak, fish and chips, the burger and all the food was outstanding, by far the best meal out we have had in a long time! The desserts were also amazing! We will be back again very soon!

loves this place the atmosphere, the personal especially paul our beautiful waiter, which made our daughter alice’s 19th birthday, that extra something special with the glass prosecco and free dessert with birthday news. the steak diane is the best I have ever tried, it's just divine and I could have licked the plate. all in all a fab place to spend an evening. well done all involved

good food, but expensive. eating was always good in my experience. I enjoyed the zeasarsalat and the steaks especially. it is quite expensive and offers nothing else on the menu. it has modern decor and is too bright illuminated in my opinion, so lack of intimacy. the personal can be met and miss; some are a little skummery, but others were good. you often have to book for an evening.

good service and eating. has always enjoyed it here. good place to meet people, as the tables are large and not crowded. the conversation is simple, because the place is not too loud, also has an atmosphere. the bar always has a little atmosphere even in a quiet night. the toilet is worth a comment .. make sure that they leave a lot of time as they are miles away and several steps down.

amazing restaurant and a fantastic opportunity to celebrate our engagement before an hour! the waiter who served us was very polite, kindhearted and very friendly! thank you for a nice night, my fiancée said that his ox beech was the best he ever had and that says something like he had eaten a lot in his time! highly recommended we will return to celebrate future jubilee celebrations, as we could not owe all the foods and drinks. Thank you!

The woman at the front of house made a mistake with our booking when we got there and we were 30 minutes late being seated. She did admit her mistake , apologied and set us up a table in the lounger, with some free drinks as compensation which I was very happy with. Our server was very attentive and friendly. We were also given a dessert for my partner who was 30. I thought this was excellent service as I wrote this on my online booking but had not mentioned it during my visit so this was brilliant attention to detail. Overall I was very satisfied

Posting a review to warn fellow Coeliacs that I experienced an allergic reaction to gluten after dining at RBG Liverpool. Upon booking and prior to ordering, we informed the restaurant that I have a severe gluten allergy. I was provided with an allergen guide and advised that the dishes I ordered and ate were gluten free. I was even reassured that the restaurant had a separate fryer for gluten free. I was extremely unwell in the restaurant toilets and no one from the staff offered any sympathy, apology, help or refund. my first time here, but not my last. was recommended in the city for football and this restaurant was recommended by a friend, so I thought I would give it a try normally go to san carlo, which is close. had oyster and lobster linguini both were amazing. the other had steak and they were overjoyed with their meal. the decor was incredible, the toilets were immaculate. an extensive menu so that they wouldn't leave that they want to be safe. especially the employees were impeccable and could not do enough to help them all had a great understanding of the menu. we were too late and fortunately they have pushed our table back, although we do not advise them that we were. this restaurant is very...
