"First time at Britalia and it was excellent. Lovely atmosphere and smell of yummy food as soon as you enter. The waiting staff were very friendly, chatty and had a great sense of humour which makes a change from Dolly Robotic Daydreams in some places !! Their service was first class, with delicious hot food, great drinks and all washed down with coffee and a complementary shot !! The owner/head chef also interacts with customers which is refreshing to see. Excellent value for money also. A great meal and we shall return."

"I have visited this restaurant several times for their excellent takeout, and decided to eat in on a Wednesday evening for the second time. The restaurant was empty when I arrived, but quickly filled up. I enjoyed hearing Thai music playing, unlike another restaurant in London that played The Carpenters on the panpipes. I had Singha beer, Thai prawn crackers, Thai fish cakes, and a crispy roasted duck curry with crispy noodles, all of which had delicious flavors. I finished my meal with chocolate ice cream and a non-Thai Irish coffee. The only criticism I have is that the Irish coffee was not made properly."

"Booked the function room for surprise 80th birthday party. The food was amazing and the service was excellent. Many thanks to the 2 ladies and the Gentleman who was around during time of the party to collect glasses, Uncover the buffet also clear up some empty pots. This room was well presented and ideal for parties. The only downfall was the toilets hadn't got any hand drying facilities. If you book this room need to sort your own music/disco lights but can be a magical time. I recommend this place 100%. Thankyou all who was involved making this afternoon/ evening an enjoyable birthday . Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5"

"that's great, we had the garlic bread with melted cheddar star. the brot had a big crust, but the inner was light, and as for the cheese, only look at my reviews attached photo. for a porn we had the lamb, the red wine and minze gravy was luscious. I had made the lamb medium and it was amazing, juicy still tenderly cooked. the other member of my party prefers her to be lamming good, and they were as happy as I was lamming."

"Have been twice in recent weeks, once for a surprise birthday party using the space upstairs (canvas disappointed to find that upstairs we were being charged £8 per cocktail, however downstairs was 2 for £12! Cheeeeeky. On our second visit, we had booked to go see 'dua lipa ' being advised a day before that she had cancelled, by text message. We had a table booked for food for roughly 20 people also, so decided to still go for the meal. During the meal (pre orders were made as reqiested we were told that items were not available and orders were having to be changed at the table (why have pre-orders One member of staff was overheard complaining about the size of the party to which another staff member replied, well you decided to book them in! (we had been booked in a few weeks and paid deposits, therefore preordered food should have been available! Dispite the staffing issues and pricing, the space is beautiful, even out in the smoking area where they have heaters. An outside bar (wasn 't open when we visited and a lovely relaxing area. Decorated tastefully and very clean facilities. Most of the food was really enjoyed by all!! My only complaint would be the lack of chorizo in the tagliatelle, The minimal amount given made no difference to the taste and brought nothing to the plate. (I 'm convinced it 's because it looked grated , chuck some chunks in it and be done The steak/chicken and pizzas were a big hit!! The cocktails are well made and presented."
