This was meant to be a generous portion of food £14 for 2 cubes of chicken a burned shrivelled lamb kofta and 2 prawns . The curry come cold . Never again

The meal was first class .Would defo recommend this place . The food was piping hot and very tasty . We travelled from Shirwbrook to collect and was still hot when we got home .

Decided to have takeaway spice regency was recommended however the food was awful , all we could taste was salt salt and more salt the chicken was brown when cut , the nam bread was rock hard needless to say we will not be returning.

From calling to place our order, collecting the takeaway to eating the food, this was a very good experience. Polite staff, food prepared and ready for collection at the time stated, very tasty and piping hot food. We had Tandoori Mixed Grill and Chicken Tikka Madras, Rice and Nan, food was amazing

I should have left this review last Friday but had computer issues. Having recently moved to the area we were looking for an Indian takeaway and came across the spice regency. We have ordered a few times now and each time have been pleased with the standard of cooking and the tastiness of the food. We will keep going there. Chris Voir le carte

Ordered ay 18:30 arrived at 20:30.......Rang a few times to be told its coming. I only live 3 miles away, Never again, Food cold and now in foil so you cannot simply reheat in the microwave .When I rang to complain I was ringing for over 10 mins to get answer. The response was not really that bothered. ... avoid avoid avoid avoid and never get food from them ever. Shame really because they use to be good !!!! Waste of money as mine went in the bin !!

I have now pre-ordered delicious meals 3 times . All my orders have been from the veggie &vegan menu. The choice has been good and I have enjoyed the dishes. The website is easy to access and navigate. I have pre-ordered online, paid by phone and had my orders delivered promptly. I have created my own vegetarian Thalis and each time I have had a different combination. My favourites are Saag Paneer, Saag Bhaji and Brinjal Bhaji, though there are other dishes still to try.

The so called manager awrve us for our takeaway collection although he then continued to do deliveries so doubt he was the real manager. We paid then realised could have had 25% off being new customers when we questioned he would not r3fumd the difference and was extremely rude saying why would we help you save money...absolutely shocking and very arogant and rude. Food nice bit price and service awful..over charged us by 10 pound as well asnot giving the new customer discount. Voir le carte
