On holiday and for my birthday, we chose to go there as dog friendly which it certainly was. Great food, excellent service and buzzing atmosphere. Advise to book in advance even for a few years while you go for a walk around the Ham Hill Country Park. Can only imagine how busy it is in the summer. Parking: If you can't find parking within the pub you can park near and as part of the Country Park. Price per person: £20–30

I really love this pub, we had booked a reservation and ordered veggi burger and chips, we waited well over an hour! this is the second time i have had to wait along time for food, the first time the owner was very kind and did offer us a meal on the house , he was so apologetic, but its such a shame it happened again as its a lovely place to eat and very popular , but they seem not to be able to cope with the amount of people they have to serve .

We visited this restaurant for a family breakfast on Sunday morning, and it was fantastic! The food was amazing, featuring locally sourced ingredients, with delicious eggs, sausage, and bacon. The coffee was great as well—I really can’t tolerate bad coffee! The service was impeccable; the staff working that morning were friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was wonderful, and we’ve always enjoyed this pub. We definitely plan on coming back for breakfast again—it was delicious! Voir le carte
