Pontcanna Inn - Carte

They had a few vegan options on the menu which was great. However I found their Quineo salad quite bland and packing flavour and the portion was quite small too.

I had a very tasty Tofu Satay curry at this restaurant, and the portions were generous. The atmosphere was lovely, and I was pleased to see that they also offer Quorn Wings with a variety of sauces.

The hotel was amazing, with a lovely staff and spotlessly clean rooms. The bed and bedding were extremely comfortable, and I didn't want to get out of bed. I will definitely be staying at the Poncanna Inn again and again. Voir le carte

We stayed at the hotel because we were in Cardiff for the Tom Jones concert. We had a brilliant stay. room was wonderful. tea on tap and the most friendly and helpful staff. great breakfast Room 6. Highly recommend anyone coming to cardiff to book here.

Excellent stay. Room was ready on arrival as location is brilliant.The room was excellent with bottled water available. The bathroom was a good size with an amazing shower. Great food and a nice atmosphere in the bar with friendly locals. The best part was the comfortable bed for a good night sleep.

The restaurant has a limited menu due to COVID-19 restrictions, but they offer a delicious vegan burger with vegan gouda cheese that is quite unique. I would definitely come back once they have more options available. The staff is very friendly and willing to help with any questions about vegan choices. Voir le carte

A group of 4 arrived for lunch on a Tuesday. Service was friendly and we ordered chicken Caesar salads, chicken burger and beef burger. All meals were good. We went again the following day for dinner. Caesar salad and beef burger. Not sure if it was a different cook but unfortunately the burger arrived with no sauce and the salad had no egg looked like a bowl of lettuce.

I was a little let down by the limited vegan options at this restaurant. I visited on a Saturday evening for dinner and drinks, but was disappointed to find only two vegan options on the menu. I tried the Moving Mountains burger and it was delicious, but I wished there were more choices available. The other vegan option was a katsu curry, which was a typical pub lunch. The prices were reasonable and there was a wide selection of drinks and cocktails to choose from. The atmosphere was lively and upbeat.

Se absolutely loved our stay at the Pontcanna inn! The room was very spacious, with an unexpectedly nice view of the main road out front through gorgeous big windows. The staff was also incredibly friendly to us, despite also having to run a pub. We also very much loved the friendly and laid back atmosphere of the pub below, and made some new friends while having our dinner, and watching the football in the absolutely HUGE beer garden in the back. The location is also ideal in a very walkable and adorable neighborhood. Voir le carte
