"Came to the plough with my family today for a carvery and we sat down to eat the table was ready on arrival the food was amazing. Not many carverys have like sprouts and roasted parsnips mashed carrots but this one did. The chef was amazing always cracking the jokes livening the place up and I can honestly say what a nice man he was lovely with my 3 year old little girl and 2 year old nephew. They loved him they had enough of there food didn’t eat much as kids do... and the chef came over and got them to have a few more spoon fulls for some ice cream which I had great respect for lovely homey family pub! Will be definitely going again!"

had a fab steak with stylton sauce, the chips are amazing love this place Sunday carvery is really good would recommend highley a visit. love tony the chef who is very entertaining

Probably one of the best sunday carvery I have had. Chef (Tony) is fab! And the food was all hot and homemade **** lovely! And a fab choice too including 3/4 different variety’s of gravy! Will be going again!!

Visited today with my Son daughter in law and grandson to celebrate my husband's birthday the food was delicious well done to the chef staff were very polite and helpful would certainly recommend the food will be visiting again.

Absolutely 10/10 for the carvery. Delivered to my house it was beautiful. Tasted and looked all homemade,big portions and so worth the money. Definitely the best carvery around by far. Richard is a lovely genuine guy and was very helpful. Thank you

we had lunch in plough u had chicken die fry jae had jalapeño burger and hollie had hunter chicke n burger her where **** beautiful service was great and the personal where attentive the plough is the place to have really good eating, we will go back xx

The wife and I came back from Chester and we thought we would try the Plough a go and what a good decision it was, we both had the rump steak with all the trimmings, it was beautifully cooked the chips were crisp and soft and fluffy in the middle and to top it all the very friendly Chef give us a free dessert, we will be back with the rest of the family, Thank you very much all the Staff at the Plough Inn.
