fantastic lunch with friends, the courgette, feta and mint ciabatta was amazing, very light and refreshing. the personal is always friendly and efficient, it cannot expect to visit again!

Popped in for lunch. We had the balmoral chicken the black pudding with brie both on ciabatta. With a mug of the lovely stilton broccoli soup. Very, very good food. A nice cafe to sit in and friendly service. Good value too....Highly recommended.

I ordered white roll with speck and hash brown. the speck was tasty, fat free and plentiful. my partner enjoyed his fertilizer. both hot and welcome on a sunny cold day. our first visit, but we are considered excellent worth and pleasant back...staff Voir le carte

A warm welcome and cheery service for the weary walker! Food and drink arrived quickly, and were very reasonably priced. We didn't take the option for sitting outside, but it would have been quiet enought to make it a good experience, and North Queensferry is...a lovely wee village.

Had breakfast at this cute cafe, a traditional Scottish breakfast with haggis and black pudding. It was delicious, the staff were friendly and accommodating and in a unique setting almost underneath the iconic Forth Rail Bridge! Great photo opportunities of all three bridges and...the waterside surroundings.

My sister and her friend invited us for lunch and a catch up.I had a club sandwich which came with chips The others had salmon bagels. All came with a salad side and crisps.We had to book our table and were allocated 90 minutes which...was plenty of time .We also had coffee and cake .Staff were all friendly. Would defo go bac . I live in the village and am a regular customer of rankins, but I was disappointed to turn off recently when I tried to order some rolls to take away, as I said they did not have time to eat as they were busy preparing lunch. I appreciate that it appeared busy, but the sign outside say takeaway menu ' is perhaps a little misleading.

Regular...flow of customers during our stay, all served immediately. pricing very acceptable. very appreciated. Thank you.

Reached North Queensferry after crossing the Red Bridge' from South Queensferry. As we came down the hill from the station, the lady was opening up Rankin's at 10 a.m. Nice sunny morning so we chose to sit outside for a quick spot of refreshment, train...watching at the same time. Used the toilet before leaving. Establishment was very clean. It should be noted that there are no public toilets in North Queensferry. The Ferrybridge Hotel where we had downloaded a light lunch' menu appeared to be shut down. Spent the next couple of hours taking leisurely back over Forth Road Bridge to our hotel we were staying in. Voir le carte
