"When we first arrived, the noise level was acceptable, but it increased while we waited for our meals. Despite this, we enjoyed the food and found the staff to be fantastic, with other patrons being quite friendly as well. I would definitely recommend this place—it's not fine dining, as it's a pub, but it offers great food at a very good value. My only complaint is the TV being too loud when it didn’t need to be; we could hear it just fine before we ordered. I will certainly eat here again if I'm in the area, but I’ll be sure to avoid times when football is on! We had a wonderful time there on Saturday! The manager, Paul, made us all feel very welcome for a surprise family party. The food was delicious, and the entertainment was enjoyable as well. Thank you for a lovely evening in such a beautiful and friendly setting!

This pub is very dog-friendly and has a warm atmosphere. The main meal was fantastic, but I found the dessert selection to be somewhat disappointing, as there were only a few milk-free options. While it's great that they offer alternatives, I believe they should have both regular options, like real custard, alongside the milk-free choices.
