Great spot to go, booked a large table, food was ace and service was good, only pain being on a long table for family gathering, but night, food and drinks were spot on ! Highly recommended.

Standard Sunday lunch. A choice of vegetables would be an improvement. Yorkshire pudding dry and overcooked Beef tender and enjoyable. Quiet for a Sunday, staff appeared overly intrusive with their regularly check-ins.

What a lovely place! Might become our new local. They were quite full and still offered us a place in the restaurant side even though the bar was booked up. All the staff were lovely and accommodating even though they were busy. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. The style was lovely and cozy and very snazzy toilets! Voir le carte

If we could give 10 stars across the board we would! We've never been to Sedgefield before! But we will defiantly will be back! The owners of the Pickled Parson, your team are a credit to your establishment, from the ladies who clean the rooms(impeccable and comfortable) to Chef making the most delicious breakfast, the waiting on staff, bar staff and most of all Jen Lorraine for going above and beyond making us feel at home, always happy to help. Great location, excellent staff, great food. Can get quite busy and isn't the largest of pubs but there is outdoor seating. Staff were quick and efficient at serving, clearly happy to be working here. Great IPA choices and friend was happy with the gin offerings. Our friend highly rated the takeaway roast dinners though we found the prices to be not quite competitive. Given the area however I'd say prices are acceptable overall. Worth another trip and we will indeed sample the menu in more detail asap.

Faultless! You can schedule a late arrival if necessary, staff perfect! Efficient and pleased to help. Room brilliant. We had the Cosy room. It was plush; fitted out very cleverly to make very best use of the perfectly decent space. A nicely quirky, very boutique, charming and relaxing. Scrumptious bed. So comfortable. Gorgeous big shower, (shower gel that doesn't strip the oils!! . Order breakfast at check-in with a time slot so we arrive and the cook sets to work to provide the most complete and perfectly cooked Full English Breakfast you could possibly want! The young lady on duty at breakfast was just as happy to help and as efficient with a ready smile as the evening staff! Very genteel... Voir le carte
