We were disappointed we were not asked what we would like to drink immediately after being seated. Our food arrived quickly and was getting cold by the time the wine was brought to our table.

Beautiful Hotel, set in stunning grounds. Our room was lovely with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The food was amazing and the staff could not be more accommodating. Highly recommended, we will be returning.

Still good but in need of a revamp. Less choice than previously, no petit fours with the coffees, only one offer of bread with only one choice. The restaurant was half full which made the limited time choice difficult to understand. Voir le carte

We were guests at the hotel where this restaurant is located and consciously staying here again because we knew that the restaurant was very good a few years ago from an earlier stay. It was not disappointing, everything was as good as we hoped it would be and could not find mistakes in any way.

we had a wonderful time in this restaurant, we booked on the day as we stayed in the opposite. the hotel and restaurant are beautifully decorated with open fires and cozy seating and a more formal dining area with magnificent views. the personal made us welcome and accommodated and a small problem with the availability of our chosen weine was well treated. the food was excellent with great products, wonderful pairings and aromen and the lamb was cooked to perfection. desserts were also delicious. background music was not intrusive, so always a plus. I would recommend a visit, and if we were to return in the opposite. great restaurant in the evening service for adult and especially for a date...

Food pricey . Nice ambiance in restaurant. We were the only ones eating that night . Waiter very attentive. Starters were both lovely but main course could have been served in a fish shop . I had fish and chips which was average but it wasn’t average price at £18 ! My partner had fish cake which again was very average . Beautiful setting . We had a junior suite which was a bit dated but it’s an old country house so couldn’t expect more . Half the hotel was being refurbished so was a smell of paint on occasion. Room though was massive and bathroom huge . Had a bath in the bathroom but would have preferred a shower . Was never given the option . Bed really comfy and huge . Would definitely sta...
