a so sweet and traditional mood here. the lady who owns it was very friendly and welcoming. the tearoom had vegetable milk and some vegan options. we had a vegan skyberry, and it was delicious!

Food delicious. My partner had a toasted sandwich and I had tuna and sweetcorn sandwich, salad and homemade coleslaw and homemade dressing. Both bursting with filling. Tea and coffee. Excellent service.

We had the most wonderful afternoon tea here today. Every single item had been handmade beautifully and was delicious. The place is so pretty with a stunning view! Thank you ladies! Will be recommending to everyone and looking forward to coming back again. Xx

This is a delightful little cafe. There was a warm greeting and lovely atmosphere where other patrons would talk to each other. We ordered and the drinks and food were promptly delivered. I enjoyed my cake but the rest of my family chose the jumbo sausage roll. Firstly, it was delicious but it was huge! We were quickly offered a box to take away our leftovers. Can highly recommend it.

we visited a high time custom boxing of vegan cheeses, henberry and chocolate chip cookies. these boxes were well presented and received. so much, we went back the following day to eat in the tea room itself. they had made plant milk available, and I tried a wonderfully moist and warm carrot cake. it would highly recommend it is a nice place to stop as it is just outside the battle abby. Fabulous! Just how a tearoom should be. Quite small but cosy. Staff very friendly and welcoming. I ordered their cheese tea platter which was beautifully presented and tasty the cheese scone was warm and so light! Tea was served in proper china cups and saucers decorated with bluebells wonderful. Situated opposite Battle Abbey was easy to find and is definitely well worth a visit. Great value for money and it is dog friendly.

My colleagues and I ordered a working lunch, and every single one of us enjoyed our meal. We pre-ordered, it was ready on time, hot items still hot when we collected, and the portion sizes are GENEROUS. The handmade sausage roll was the size of a brick, I regret not taking a picture because hands down the biggest sausage roll I've ever seen. Both the flaky pastry and the filling were great quality, the sausge meat didn't have any gristle or fatty chunks, cooked perfectly. 10/10 will order again.

Superb afternoon tea with Prosecco for a hen do for 11 people we had the back room which the venue had beautifully decorated for us. All special diets were catered for and the food was delicious with the mini quiches needing a special mention! Great different fillings in the sandwiches with the coronation chicken being the star of the show! All the teas were displayed on 3 tier stands which was ideal. All the food was tasty and well presented. The staff work very hard. Would suggest you always book as they get busy. Thank you so much for a lovely afternoon we all had a wonderful time! Voir le carte
