Staff were lovely, rooms clean, beds comfortable, walls paper thin...bring food earplugs if you don't want to listen to next door's telly. We had two twin rooms. Breakfast fine and staff were helpful. Beautiful village and lovely countryside. Rooms: 3 Service: 5 Location: 5

Please bring back the carvery which from what i gather a unique feature in Bramber. There is no other place to eat a quality carvery, you can get 'a la carte ' food anywhere but not carvery. A well-established carvery restaurant with a large selection of traditional roasts, fabulous appetizers, and desserts. The atmosphere is great, but the drink prices are a bit high. We visited yesterday for a family celebration and were impressed by the efficient service and delicious food. We will definitely be returning.

we had a family birthday party and booked the garden area, but since it was raining and a bit cold we got very friendly a room that was excellent and very thoughtful from the old toll site. the selection of the appetizers was huge and possibly over the top as they could have everything they wanted, but to do that there was no place for the main course that was again a great choice.Only one thing were the tellers cold and consequently the eating did not stay hot for long that. plus the workers insist to bring their choice of main course to them instead of that we do in the position. puddings were all beautiful and again huge selection....a thing that was somewhat annoying, I was booked for tw...

Our stay at the Old Tollgate was a bit disappointing, I was so gutted when the room we had booked which boasted a 4 poster bed didn't actually hve one, it might be nice if the hotel had told us before we arrived that they didn't have 4 poster beds anymore. The picture of the room I thought we had booked, and paid an awful lot of money for was definitely not what we ended up with, though the jacuzzi bath was great, and the bed comfortable. But the furniture was very tired and needs replacing. The shower was blocked, but to be fair was fixed very promptly. Also the room was very hot, small windows, and on the hottest weekend of the year it would hve been nice to supply guests wth a fan as ther... Voir le carte
