"The service at this restaurant was absolutely appalling. I was purchasing food and drinks for my friend through the app when the staff became rude. They refused to serve the food to him even though I had already paid for it, and they did not refund me. This felt like a form of theft. When my friend tried to address the situation, he was met with disrespect and indifference from the staff. They were rude and unapologetic about taking my money without providing the service promised. If a restaurant is not willing to fulfill orders, they should not accept them in the first place."

Always amazing service and can not recommended it any more anyone coming to Uttoxeter this is the best place to go for food or drink or both if you really fancy it.

AVOID!!! Ordered a few things on the app, they accepted the order and payment then proceeded to say they were not doing the food and drink. No refund was given. Staff have a really bad attitude. Why have an app service if they don't want to fulfill the orders people have paid for. Then not to give the money back is just disgusting.
