Lamb shoulder and lamb ho pot pie, both excellent, service very good. Will definitely return.even the coffee was very nice

This place has really improved, good value for money, nice friendly active staff, nice setting, nice to have somewhere that doesn't rip you off like Thame high Street can

We organised a small wake at the Old Fisherman following a funeral at the local church and the buffet that they put on for us was absolutely excellent. The staff were friendly and very helpful and the food was very high quality. Voir le carte

Visited on a Thursday evening with my wife on our recent visit to Wheatley We both had a starter and main course all of which was very nice with polite and friendly service. People who visit Green King pubs will know just what to expect...good food at reasonable prices.

Returned here after having an amazing time a couple months ago and it’s safe to say I was, yet again, not disappointed. The staff were incredibly friendly, especially Kelly, who topped off our experience. The place felt fresh and clean and the food was first...class. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you again for an amazing experience!

A friend and I met for Friday night supper. We had a great evening. Everything was clean and well ventilated. We were able to choose our table. The waiting staff were friendly and attentive. Loads of choice on the menu. The food was fantastic and...the prices very reasonable. To top it off there were some great tunes on the soundtrack. Can’t wait to go back. Voir le carte

We found this pub by chance when the pub we had meant to go to was closed, and I'm so glad we did. There was a lovely, safe, children's play area outside. Inside, the pub was warm and comfortable. The toilets were very clean. The...food was tasty, and they had a fantastic pick and mix children's menu. They even provided colouring sheets for the children. We had a great time and will definitely come again.

Extremely slow service, had to ask to be served in the end! Food was ok at best, Luke warm chips, barely garnished burgers, and the pizza from the childrens menu was a microwaveable Chicago town. Outside was a terrible mess, dirty, broken furniture piled up...everywhere and rubbish all over the place. Inside not much better, looked like the whole place could do with a deep clean. Really disappointing visit, will not be returning and do not recommend. Have given star as had to to submit the review.

Not sure if there were problems with kitchen staff or equipment but our food took minutes to arrive. our grandson got his quite a few minutes before us thankfully as he had just played football and was really hungry. Our roasts arrived, one...trio which was really good according to my husband , my turkey was ok but veg a bit underwhelming . the third the beef roast was not good . stated served pink but definitely was not and was overcooked and tough. did complain and a replacement portion arrived but still not good. A shame as we use Chef and Brewers regularly but this was our first visit to this one. Voir le carte
