Stopped in for dinner, very welcoming and accomodating for us and our infant, provided a high chair and cooked up some super squishy veggies. Stayed for 3 nights last week and very happy, it's an amazing place. The staff are happy to help, always smiling and chatty. Very far removed from a corporate chain as you could imagine. Booked with breakfast, and had all evening meals there as well. Location is ideal, loads to do within short drives.Would 100% return. Highly recommended. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

Very friendly staff, however little experience, two out of the 5 we came into contact with it was their first service. Booked in as a non staying guest for breakfast. They seated us away from staying guests, the wait for the breakfast was around 40 mins, Haddock and poached eggs, shocking! Water everywhere on the plate, fish rubbery, eggs not cooked all swimming in water. Really poor, won't be visiting again. Service: 3

This family run hotel is a must for anyone visiting the area and especially if you bring your four legged friend. From the moment you arrive to the minute you leave , there is nothing that is too much trouble. Our room was so comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The food gives you warmth and a hug of happiness! Breakfast is one of the best I’ve had made with the freshest ingredients. My only problem was not staying long enough!!! This truly is a gem in the beauty that is the Wye valley. The old court truely is the place you tell your friends you will return to .. Voir le carte
