"Just had a home delivery rice was just luke warm, my South Indian garlic masala was so disappointing pretty tasteless infact just bland and watery. My son enjoyed his but commented not as tasty as usual, I usually order from station rd and will definitely be ordered from them again The only positive is the arrived when they said they would oh and the spiced onions were great £35 wasted Very disappointed Food: 2"

In our view, the best Indian restaurant on the south side of Glasgow. Fabulous food, great atmosphere and the staff, many of whom have been there for years, are super friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Came all the way from Australia for our second visit, with a friend who lives locally good banter, lovely food, the staff is helpful, attentive and good fun, especially the cheeky Mick Jagger lookalike Tommy Sat is a great host. "I really would have liked to give this a five star especially for the food but one or two things let this down. Firstly the waitress forgot to bring the tonic for my husbands gin and tonic and we had to ask no ice or slice either. Secondly we picked a bottle of wine which they then told us they didn't have and offered an alternative (same type) but told us it was dearer. This was not brought until after the starters. And finally the bill came on a post it note with no itemisation and when I asked for an itemised bill they brought several post it notes with the starter, drinks, main meal and it all added up to few pounds cheaper than the initial post-it note. I had been warned about this by a colleague so I did expect it but never the less the total was wrong. I did not even get an apology for getting the bill wrong. They looked at me as if I had a cheek to ask. However this was front of house and I am awarding the stars for the food alone."

"The food was beautifully presented, as always. Our starter arrived at the right time, but we experienced a nearly 25-minute wait for our main course, and no explanation was given for the delay. Larger tables of four were served their starters, mains, and desserts after we had our starter but before we received our main dish. We didn’t receive any updates during this time. While the restaurant was busy (which is great for them given the current climate), there were moments when social distancing wasn’t maintained, making it feel a bit cramped. I will return because I enjoy the restaurant and the food, but it's clear that some improvements are needed to ensure that the focus on profit doesn’t compromise good service, as well as the safety and comfort of both staff and customers."

"I absolutely adore Swagath! The staff truly go above and beyond to assist you, and the food is nothing short of magical. Regarding kid-friendliness, we brought our 4-month-old baby along, and the staff kindly relocated us to a more spacious area where we could comfortably keep the stroller beside us. Such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, we had a delightful dining experience for dinner."

"Go here regularly and the last few times I've been the portions are TINY and really stale like they have been in the fridge for days. My sushi yesterday was so cold I had to wait for it to warm up slightly before eating it as it was FREEZING. Paid £4.50 for a yasai roll and got 3 very very thin bits of sushi. Got an spicy avocado roll wasn't spicy but was SOAKED in sweet chilli sauce. Inari pockets were slimy. My mum got ramen we were both confused as the broth seemed just like hot water with noodles and mushrooms in it so it tasted like nothing. Also why is there no pickled ginger offered anymore? Yes, we are still in a pandemic but customers didn't have to pay extra for it before so why are they being charged a premium for it now? This place has gone downhill big time and wouldn't be surprised if it closes within next few years. Staff were friendly enough but also seemed like they couldn't really be bothered. Fair enough though as all transactions are online now so they are probably making even less tips than they were before."
