After a busy weekend in Birmingham, it was nice to stop off for a late breakfast. The food was all cooked perfectly, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would rate the service a 5 and the location a 5 as well. Voir le carte

The welcome and helpfulness of all the staff on our two night stay was excellent. Service of the meals was speedy even when it was busy and the food was a good level of quality. The room was clean, tidy and had all the advertised facilities. The hot and powerful shower was also a treat. The only downside was a group of whining golfers at breakfast but that’s not really in their control! Thank you! Rooms: 4

The food was decent and served quickly. Unfortunately, there was a lack of hot water in the morning. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds, a large TV, and provided tea and coffee. However, the hot water issue was a disappointment. Overall, the hotel received a rating of 3 for rooms, service, and location. Highlights of the hotel include being kid-friendly and offering great value for the price.

Popped in for a quick breakfast, though enjoyable don't feel that we got the best from our visit as we were not feeling 100% and struggled to eat it, we did have a little wait but nothing serious, on this occasion we didn't really enjoy the experience but as mentioned not at our best but have visited for breakfast a number of times and it was excellent, the fact we have visited numerous times would be a better gauge of the quality and service than this visit when we were a tad under the weather Voir le carte
