After a busy weekend in Birmingham, it was nice to stop off for a late breakfast. The food was all cooked perfectly, and the staff were very polite and helpful. I would rate the service a 5 and the location a 5 as well.

The welcome and helpfulness of all the staff on our two night stay was excellent. Service of the meals was speedy even when it was busy and the food was a good level of quality. The room was clean, tidy and had all the advertised facilities. The hot and powerful shower was also a treat. The only downside was a group of whining golfers at breakfast but that’s not really in their control! Thank you! Rooms: 4

The food was decent and served quickly. Unfortunately, there was a lack of hot water in the morning. The rooms were clean and spacious with comfortable beds, a large TV, and provided tea and coffee. However, the hot water issue was a disappointment. Overall, the hotel received a rating of 3 for rooms, service, and location. Highlights of the hotel include being kid-friendly and offering great value for the price.
