I cost a delicious meal with my family. the over 5’s children’s menu was a perfect size for my 12 year old. fast for main courses, but waited for one for dessert. the staff was helpful.

have made a booking for Sunday Carvery. excellent service and good choice of ales. 3 meats on today: truthahn, bark and gammon plus nussbraten. beautiful kartoffel and sweet selection. delicious. highly recommended.

Sunday carveries were back on in October, as they weren't in summer. Great quality and lots of meat, a bit stingy on the potatoes though. Great service, considering they were short of staff, so the young son and daughter helped out.

I love their beer garden, a real suntrap and our go-to place after spending a few hours at the beach. The service was quick although the order quite simple, just a light bite for lunch. For those with kids, they have an adjacent play area too!
