Excellent food again! Fresh, homemade dishes and a lovely atmosphere on a wet and windy night. The staff are exceptionally pleasant.

The restaurant offers exceptional food and drinks, served with a smile. This unique pub has fantastic outdoor spaces and activities that are perfect for children.

Had the festive menu and wasn’t disappointed. A group of 6 of us all enjoyed our meals, lovely food and good service in a gorgeous location. We all look forward to coming back, thank you. Voir le carte

Another super 3 night stay in this gem of a place. The room was spacious and we enjoyed 3 perfect nights in their comfy beds. The breakfasts evening meals ought to be ranked higher.What a super choice of menu. The staff all friendly and always pleased to see you. Nothing was ever too much trouble. What a super location for walking straight from the door into the Peak District. The Inn supplies an excellent leaflet for walks or mountain biking.

The Little Mill Inn is one of my all time favourite places to visit. Sarah, Ian, Neal and the rest of the staff team always give a warm welcome and manage to be both professional and fun. I’ve never had a disappointing food experience and the Cheese Pie is a particular favourite, so much so that it was Cheese Pie all round for the 7 of us that visited The Little Mill Inn this week! This restaurant is a hidden gem! It is situated in a beautiful location with amazing surroundings. The accommodation is spacious, modern, well-maintained, and very clean. The food is incredible and the staff are all very friendly. The breakfast options are also very good. This was our first trip away with our Italian greyhound and he felt very welcome and loved by everyone. The restaurant and accommodation are both very dog-friendly. I highly recommend this place for either dining or staying overnight. You won't be disappointed, we couldn't find a single flaw! Voir le carte

This was our first stay at The Little Mill Inn and we are most definitely going back! We were treated like old friends by the staff. They were all so nice, nothing was too much trouble. The room we stayed in had the most magnificent view of the old waterwheel. It was clean, comfortable and had nice extras in it. The food at The Inn was just superb. We had a cooked breakfast each morning. Lots of choice, good portions, great coffee. We also had an evening meal for both of our evenings there. Amazing choices on the menu. I have never had a negative experience at this hidden gem of a country inn. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and shown to our table. The menu had plenty of options to choose from. My husband started with the soup, while I opted for a Cumberland sausage pig in a blanket from the sides menu. For our mains, we both had a roast - I chose lamb and my husband had turkey. The quality of the dishes was excellent, with many ingredients sourced locally or grown in the pub's own greenhouse. It was hard to choose from the selection of desserts, but I couldn't resist the cinnamon apple crumble with vanilla ice cream - it was delicious. I came here to stay for NYE with my family including our puppy. First when we arrived our puppy got bitten in her face by an aggressive dog in the restaurant I reported this to the staff but nothing at all was done about it, the guy behind the bar just shrugged his shoulders at me. It was VERY expensive for a 1 night stay, without breakfast. The food was also VERY expensive and not very good quality the fish batter was tough, garden peas were hard and undercooked and the chips were burnt black. The custard was thick, lumpy and cold. When we got to the room we had to listen to lots of disturbing noises from our neighbours which went on all night. My poor children are traumatised by this awful... Voir le carte
