"Firstly, it's a burger, just get on with it. Slow service all round and food took 20mins or so to arrive. Cotswold pace, perhaps? Maybe I'm too impatient. The burger itself is average at best. I've made better at home. It's rather dry, despite what the menu says about a 7oz burger being more moist. Burger sauce is too sweet, too much and overpowering. Bun cold to the touch. Chips are fine but nothing dramatic. SFC is a Southern fried chicken fillet sliced up. On lettuce. Makes me think of a cheap kebab shop in [any student town]. Halloumi sticks are ok but wouldn't do it again. Overall, avoid. £60 for 2 (two! burgers and 3 sides is a shocker (drinks are pricey . Plenty of decent eateries in Broadway. Heading further afield, try Beefy Boys even Five Guys offers better. Service charge of 10% automatically applied though this is taken off without fuss. Service is inoffensive, and inefficient."

"rebooked the garden space in the dormy house during the stay near the fish hotel. the environment was very warm and welcoming, and overall eating was very good. but the service was lacking and made us confused by reconciliation. In view of the thoughtful and extensive weinlist we could see one of our favourite mixes from South Africa on the menu. after ordering, and about 15 minutes later, the server back to say there was a mistake, and they put the wrong varietal on the list and wanted to serve us a completely différent wein from this manufacturer. we ordered another bottle in harmony with the food we ordered. but our appetizers came before our wine. wait another 15 minutes (we are now 30 minutes in our dinner without wine) and the waiter comes with another bottle saying that they have lost our bottle, but for us to drink this while we wait. no explanation and not even the wine she poured. that was the last thing we saw from our waiter, because somehow the room was busy and she took the other guests for the rest of the night. we finally got our wee who was brought to the table without the cork. strange practice to get a restaurant of this caliber. when we finished our dessert, we fought for 20 minutes to get every server to recognize us or to delete our records. So we went to the server station to ask for the bill. we have observed our server work at least seven different tabs before we had to go up a second time. when the bill came, the server did not even ask us how our dinner was. we gave our credit card and the other server took it away. she returned 10 minutes later to say that she lost the connection. she gave us the card back and canceled the processing statement and said she couldn't charge our card. she did not know what to do and asked if we were with him at the reception (even if we were not guests of the hotel) will not return."

"Very long wait for our 2 cocktails. 20 minutes. Worst disaronno sour I have had. Very sickly. Perhaps just a case of the wrong staff at the wrong time but to have a sign outside saying best cocktails in town I feel you should live up to this. Great shame as the music and atmosphere were nice. Having already chased the delivery of our cocktails we gave up commenting afterwards on their poor quality and just left. "I was not impressed with this restaurant. I chose it because it seemed like a safe choice compared to other options in the village. Randall's Bar Brasserie is a nice place with friendly staff, but I was disappointed with the limited and unexciting menu. I wonder what visitors from other countries think when they see it. The focus on desserts seemed excessive to me. Despite that, it was still a better option than the hotel restaurant, which seemed overpriced. After much consideration, I ordered the Chicken Caesar Salad. There was plenty of chicken, but it was overwhelmed by too many anchovies and dressing. While I was not satisfied with my meal, others around me seemed to enjoy their food. I'm unsure about my overall opinion."

"I’ve come to this place since I was little and after not having been for a few years I was absolutely delighted to find so many vegan options for my visit this time! There are vegan starters, mains and deserts and other adaptable items in addition to these options. I enjoyed the “award winning vegan pie” on our first night followed by the “vegan sticky toffee pudding”, and when we came back the next day (couldn’t resist) I enjoyed the moving mountains plant based burger. Wonderful food in a magical country pub, the evening ambience on a summers evening is not to be missed. Eating outside is a must!! Parking is easy and plentiful nearby either directly opposite in spaces or in nearby streets (all free). Booking advised and easy via website or give them a call on day of."
