"Wow. I can't rate The King Queen more highly. Easily the friendliest place I've ever stayed at, from the initial welcome to the (likely not final) goodbye. We stayed for two nights, with our dog, and it was just a brilliant experience. The room was comfortable and super clean. The pub downstairs was welcoming, had a great selection of drinks and a great pub menu. The food was above and beyond the house burger was everything I want a burger to be. The breakfast was just great, you can tell the care and love that goes into it quality ingredients cooked well. Can't get much better than that. We felt really looked after and welcomed into the pub. I wouldn't hesitate in visiting again, especially given the convenient location overlooking the White Horse and near to a load of nearby cities and attractions."

Stayed here several times now, and always look forward to my next visit. Mark, Sally, their family and staff are lovely and welcoming; the rooms are gorgeous; and the food and beer excellent. Perfect place to stay.

Very welcoming staff. Lovely and friendly.Breakfasts really good and a really tasty evening meal. We felt well cared for and we weren't disturbed by any pub noise at all. Would really recommend this place. It's lovely Countryside and quiet.

Popped in for lunch the other day with my wife. We love coming here, there's a friendly welcome every time, and the food is absolutely incredible. Always recommend to everyone we know. It's very popular though (for good reason) so would recommend booking/reserving a table if you're travelling from further afield or in a large group. Would give 10 stars if able! Can't wait to go back soon.

We have had a wonderful 2 night stay here while attending RIAT, the rooms are inviting and clean, beds comfortable with a large shower. We had dinner and breakfast here and both were absolutely delicious, very good portion sizes and excellent value for money. The bar serves a nice selection of drinks and the staff are extremely friendly and very attentive. Highly recommended is an understatement.
