A very atmospheric inn with low beam ceilings. There is a more lively bar area and a more quiet, spacious room to the right. It welcomes children and dogs. We only stopped in for a drink. Voir le carte

The lady behind the bar was very friendly, but I found the bald-headed man to be quite abrupt. I tried to discuss the history of the inn, which dates back to 1516, but I found it difficult to have a conversation with him, especially considering it's the oldest inn in Cornwall. Overall, I'd rate the service a 4.
