We went for Sunday lunch on a wet and windy day. We had a lovely table with beautiful views. The staff were amazing and incredibly attentive and friendly. The food was absolutely amazing our only criticism is that the food was so good that we all ate too much!!!!

Such a shame. We came here last year and it was much better. The menu was limited and everything was fried. Opted for the Caesar salad, soggy lettuce and dry chicken not particularly appetizing. We booked for a family lunch with our small grandchildren. Staff were very good but both my daughter and I suffered after eating the marinated chicken in a basket which hadn’t been marinated! Unfortunately, it had been fried in very strong oil. What a pity. The surroundings are lovely and we enjoyed the fairy trail.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate Father's Day and had an amazing meal. The food was fantastic, and after discussing which course we liked the most, we all agreed that they were all equally delicious. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. The vegan options were excellent. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Just had lunch in the restaurant, ordered CBLT couldn’t even eat it, took one bite and the chicken was so dry. I mentioned it to the staff when they asked if everything was okay, I apologised and said I’m sorry it’s too dry I can’t eat it, as I left it all on my plate and felt rude. Maybe the coleslaw that I was meant to get would have helped… Yet ended up having to pay full price, didn’t even look like I had touched it : Voir le carte

We were disappointed with our experience at this restaurant. We went with a group of friends and ordered at the bar before sitting outside in the sun. Unfortunately, we learned that customers who sit outside may receive their food in any order. Our starters arrived after our mains, which was frustrating. We were informed that this wouldn't have happened if we had sat inside. When we requested to have our mains kept warm while we enjoyed our starters, we were told it wasn't possible. On a positive note, the food was delicious. However, receiving our starters after our mains was not ideal.

We had to book well in advance due to covid you are not allowed onto island without a booking. Staff were nice and welcoming when you get there. I think they are going for shabby chic look everything different, kind of basic, it must be due to covid that there are nothing on the tables we even had to ask for salt and pepper. Service was good, menu was usual fare for kids nothing different. Usual menu options steak/chips/fish pies, no vegan options, one vegetarian goats cheese which I had, goats cheese was way too much, salad was standard not even a sprinkle of dressing, felt like it was all just thrown on plate. We had booked a log cabin almost a year in advance for a wedding we were attending in December. We decided to upgrade to a cabin with a log fire and more space as a special treat for ourselves. Upon arrival, we were asked to pay the full amount of £785 before receiving the keys. We assumed this was the final payment and the total cost was £1050.
