"right pub! was meant to visit for the old while we live the hill down, but was closed throughout the entire shutdown and beyond. nice to see it open now. will definitely be a regular station on the way home from a trip or a walk in the blackdowns. only for a drink, but they have good outside seats and a good selection of beer, ales and apfelwein, with good value too. we have to come back for dinner sometime."

great small cozy pub with good food. the dame behind the bar was welcoming and beautiful, she even gave our dog a huge sink out of the kitchen! would go again!

amazing seafood we had whitebait, lobster bisque, beer bestreut fish and chips, and portueguese fish stew were all excellent. cordial and helpful staff. excellent beer and other drinks. and a real pub atmosphere.

This has to be my favorite pub. The staff are incredibly welcoming and helpful, the food is five-star quality, and the atmosphere, along with the diverse and friendly people I've met there, truly makes this pub a unique gem.

We discovered a fantastic dog-friendly pub right next to our campsite. The welcome was warm, and the roaring fire made it even cozier. The food was absolutely excellent, and there was a fantastic selection of ciders to choose from! Voir le carte

Were going somewhere else but it was shut a local mentioned it The Bristol Red a nice sweet cider we had a camenbert share great starter onion rings crispy and soft vegan burger thick, tasty with tomato relish chips crispy and soft good atmosphere the staff attentative said sorry for the delay but the price of fresh food a tasty surprise thank you for the experience Price per person: £20–30
