Hazel Pear - Carte

We went to this restaurant for lunch and had an amazing meal that was freshly cooked to perfection. The service was excellent, our waitress was very attentive and willing to help with anything we needed.

I revisited the Hazel Pear at Acton Bridge. The people and the welcome was excellent. This pub is little gem. It is close to Acton Bridge railway station with frequent trains to Runcorn. Liverpool Lime Street and Crewe.

First and last time I go to the Hazel Pear, on their website it says 3 courses for £25 to find out when we arrive it’s actually £35. 2 courses was £30, absolute rip off. Quality of food was poor, served cold, they were missing... Voir le carte

Spent a lovely evening here at the weekend, the food was excellent and all the staff were very attentive and always on hand. My daughter said her vege burger was amazing! Loved the entertainment that had been out on too! Will definitely be going back...

We hadn't visited The Hazel Pear in a couple of years, but we decided to give it a try after hearing that it had new management. We were pleasantly surprised by our experience. The gentleman who welcomed us was incredibly friendly and made us feel right at home.

We tried 3 local pubs during our stay at a nearby B&B. This was our favourite. Nice pint of Timothy Taylors Boltmaker. Friendly staff. Light bites/bar snacks good value, well presented and tasty. Nice beer garden at the rear, with a large sheltered area under a canopy. Voir le carte

On Saturday, June 17th, my family and I visited The Hazel Pear to celebrate a birthday. We had an amazing experience! The live singer during the evening was lovely and added to the fantastic atmosphere. The menu offered a great variety of options, which was perfect for our group that included two vegetarians.

Lunch for three on my first visit to this hotel . Meals were mostly very good and the service was first class. The only criticism I have is that the chips with my scampi must have come from the bottom of the bag because I had a lot of chatty little bits of chips. They were a bit stingy with the mushy peas to as there was only about a spoonful. Did serve a lot of scampi though.

We've used this venue, off and on for ten years, during which time it has changed hands four or five times (if memory serves) to find that, today 09.07.23, it has the best of the bunch yet, managing it. Their website is quite clearly annotated with the menu and the corresponding prices; therefore, no misunderstandings...? My good lady and I celebrated our joint birthdays with our usual aperitif, excellent fare and a more than palatable wine. She followed up with a cherry sundae – ‘to die for’? As habitual complainers, the only complaint we had was that we had nothing about which to complain.
