Went for lunch with 10 other ladies. Had already preordered food as requested when booking table. Food excellent everyone enjoyed it. They all want a return visit. Free starter or pud which was a surprise and very welcome. Would definitely recommend for lunch Voir le carte

We called in on the spur of the moment for lunch. Friendly welcome, shown to a table and drinks quickly arrived. We both opted for the small fish n chips for lunch. Beautifully battered fish and the fish was fresh, moist and tender. Lovely thick chips and mushy peas. Delicious. Friendly service.

Absolutely gorgeous, staff are 1st class. Yes I only had jacket potato, beans and cheese. Was no scrimping on toppings there. Others had Christmas Dinner absolutely fab. The Brussels sprouts where beautiful. The cheif lady was lovely to come out and tell how she cooked them. Thank you a fab afternoon, fab staff and fab meal xxx

I'm a semi-regular at the pub, I had smelled and seen the food for a few months but didn't really have time to stop to eat, my mistake as I went with my sister for dinner and the food was impressive, we both had pâté to start, she had the fish platter and I had steak, will definitely done again as not only was the food good but the service was impeccable Voir le carte
