best culinary experience during my time in Britain, better than anything I ate in 2017! what a great way to start the new year. Honestly not.

Second time I have visited this pub and it certainly doesn't disapoint! Cosy pub great food and super friendly service! Will certainly be back!

warnung: this review will be super long if I could give more than five stars, I would! this restaurant is where my obsession started eating Indian.

Amazing food and service from start to finish. All the main courses were cooked to perfection including roast beef. Service was good, drinks and food were delivered quickly. Definitely recommended

Eastern Eye has a great location, and it is worth going there at least once to enjoy the room. There is a limited selection of vegan dishes on the menu, but they were able to be the vegetarian Thali vegan. The food was very good and tasteful when something too oily, and the portions were very generous. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

First waiter had no idea what vegan meant, so he had to explain. He had to check everything I asked. They gave us another waiter who was even worse. When I asked what vegan curries they had, he said: “We don’t do vegan”. Again, I had to explain what it meant. Managed to order some bits at the end that I know are usually vegan anyway. He also said, "can't believe you're vegan. You do not know why you are missing.... div

In a Georgian(? Hall so huge and pink that you do a double tea when you in. There was a modest vegetarian subsection on the menu; dishes with dairy products in them were marked so you could say what vegan was through a process of elimination. the food found pleasant, but not excellent, and possibly a bit oversalted. We went on a Saturday night and got a table although we didn't book, but got the impression that the booking was a good idea another time.

Very rarely do I feel the need to write a review about anywhere I go but this is by far and away one of the best pubs that I have been to in recent memory. The food was exceptional! The beer was delicious and your man behind the bar, very Kenneth Branagh-esque, was BRILLIANT! Overall, don’t go anywhere else in Bath because once you’re in here, nowhere else will even come close in comparison. You most certainly won’t ever want to leave. I know I don’t! Next time I’m in Bath, I will be heading straight to this pub asap!

I was on a tour, so the time was for me. This place proved to be the easiest to find, so I ran in, asked something that was delicious, vegan and spicy. The man teased me, but put in an aile folder and left me out there in my 10 minutes time frame. I spent the entire 10 minutes gawking in the restaurant, which was very nice. It is a very large, spacious and welcoming place, full of cultural art and colour. My food was full of this irresistible aroma I love in Indian cuisine. I was glad to have found this place in my crazy dash.
